- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm: Registration & Check-In (Roger Dunn Golf – Hwy 111, Indio)
- Long Drive Contest (On the simulator at Roger Dunn Golf + snacks & non-alcoholic beverages provided)
Thursday, January 12th
- 8:00 am: First Round of competition, Shotgun Start. Players should plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before scheduled start time.
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Hosted Welcome Party at Desert Willow Clubhouse Terrace. Complimentary drinks & Chipping Challenge to be held on 18th Green. Scoring and event recap from Day 1. (FREE FOR ALL PLAYERS – $15 for Guests)
Friday, January 13th
- 8:00 am: Second Round of competition, Shotgun Start
- 6:00 – 8:00 pm: Putting Championship at Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant in La Quinta.
Saturday, January 14th
- 8:00 am: Third Round of competition, Shotgun Start
- 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Palm Springs Amateur Awards Dinner and Banquet on the Terrace at Desert Willow Golf Resort. Players will enjoy a buffet dinner while final scoring and prize winners are announced and presented with their prizes. (FREE TO ALL PLAYERS – $40 Guest Fee).
Sunday, January 15th
- Championship Round: Norman Course, PGA WEST – Tee times TBD.
- Second Chance Tournament: UPON REGISTRATION, players will be given details on new “SECOND CHANCE” tournament – a one day event at Desert Willow Golf Resort, Sunday, Jan. 15. This will need to be paid for in advance – and a 50% refund of the purchase price will be given to those who qualify for the Palm Springs Amateur Championship Round. This sign up will begin on Nov. 1, 2011 and will be available ONLY to registered players for the 2012 Palm Springs Amateur.
