- Registration Fees – Early registration ends November 30, 2011. Beginning December 1, 2011, pay by check registration will be $675 and pay by credit card registration will be $700.
- Note – The tournament organizers reserve the right to make handicap adjustments as they deem necessary.
- Cancellation Policy – Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received at the tournament office by 4:30 p.m. Dec. 11, 2011. No refunds, regardless of circumstance, will be provided after Dec. 11, 2011. All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please allow 30 days to process requests. All cancellations subject to $50 administrative fee.
